About Ela
My hands learned rhythm before they learned stillness.
As a child in Manila, my body moved first—cheerleading, hip-hop, house, the joy of motion before language. In high school in New Jersey, movement became identity: a way to belong, to express, to feel alive in my skin. I always went dancing with friends during my free time.
In college in New York, movement slowed. I found yoga—not as performance, but as listening. Breath. Alignment. Presence. I became certified to teach, learning that true strength is quiet, and that awareness can be cultivated.
Miami came next, and with it, the language of touch. Massage therapy taught my hands to listen in a new way—to feel what the body holds, where it resists, where it softens when met with care. In San Francisco, I built a practice inside a gym, supporting active bodies, ambitious lives, and constant motion.
Then I became a mother.
At 38, pregnancy asked something different of me. I turned to massage, oils, and healers—not to fix my body, but to support it. To honor the immense intelligence of change. To be held while becoming someone new.
Evolver Prenatal Hands was born from that threshold. What I offer is a private care practice devoted to the physical and emotional evolution of motherhood. Luxury here is defined by presence, continuity, and attuned touch — not excess.
Today, my work is devoted to women in transition—through conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Each session is shaped by where you are, not where you’re expected to be.
This is care that evolves. Because motherhood does.
