Tammy Foxx started her career in the fitness industry in 2009 when she launched Bridal Fitness Coach. Since then, she has helped scores of happy brides and grooms achieve their fitness goals. Over the years, Tammy noticed most gyms were male-dominated. As a result, she always envisioned opening her own fitness studio where she could create a clean and safe environment for female personal trainers and their clients. In 2019, her vision became a reality when she opened Eden Fitness Studio.
