Strong Start: Semi-Private Strength Series

Coming Soon: May/June 2025

Build strength with confidence in Eden’s 6-week Strong Start series—designed for women who are new to lifting, new to Eden, or ready to get comfortable with free weights, the Smith machine, and squat rack.

Led by expert female trainers, this semi-private program (max four) offers focused coaching in a supportive environment. You’ll develop proper form, learn how to structure your workouts, and gain the confidence to train independently—or work with a personal trainer if you choose.

Perfect For:

  • Women new to lifting or gym settings

  • Women new to Eden who want structure and support

  • Women who feel intimidated by traditional strength equipment

  • Women looking to build foundational strength and the confidence to train solo

What’s Included:

  • 12 semi-private sessions (2x/week for 6 weeks, 55 minutes each)

  • Focused coaching on form, movement, and equipment

  • Small cohort (max four) for personalized attention

  • 2 complimentary private gym credits for solo practice

  • Eden tank top

  • End-of-program 1:1 check-in to plan next steps

Pricing:

  • $600 for the full 6-week program

  • $180 to add weekly gym-only practice sessions (just $30/week)

Prenatal Yoga

Join me, Erica, on Sunday afternoons for a nurturing and empowering prenatal yoga experience designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. This class blends movement, breath, and sound to help you feel strong, centered, and deeply connected with your baby.

  • Mindfulness & Intention – Begin with meditation to connect with your baby and set an intention.

  • Gentle Vinyasa Flow – Move through a 20-minute sequence to build strength, flexibility, and ease.

  • Core & Pelvic Floor – Strengthen and support your body with safe, intentional exercises.

  • Stretch & Sound Healing – Unwind with deep stretching as sound bowls guide you into relaxation.

  • Closing Meditation & Sound Bath – Absorb the vibrations of the sound bowls as you reconnect with your intention and prepare to step back into your day.

All expecting moms are welcome—honor your body, listen to your baby, and move with intention.
