8 Sessions: $480

Start strong with Eden’s 4-week strength series—designed for women new to lifting, new to Eden, or ready to feel confident using free weights, the Smith machine, and the squat rack.

Led by Coach Erica and limited to just four participants, this semi-private program helps you build proper form, structure your workouts, and gain the skills to train independently—or keep progressing with a trainer, if that’s your preference.

Perfect for women who want to:
• Learn the fundamentals of strength training
• Get comfortable using gym equipment
• Build strength, structure, and self-assurance

What’s Included:

  • 8 semi-private sessions (2x/week for 4 weeks, 55 minutes each)

  • Hands-on coaching on form, movement, and equipment

  • Small group format (max four) for personalized attention

  • 1 complimentary gym credit for solo practice
