Do I need to take a tour before joining the Private Women’s Gym?
Yes. We require a brief in-person tour before activating memberships. This ensures Eden is the right fit and allows us to walk you through access, scheduling, and pricing
Can I download the app before my tour?
You’re welcome to download the app, but access is granted after your tour and membership confirmation.
How does access to the Private Women’s Gym work?
Our Private Women’s Gym is reservation-only. Members use our app to reserve a station, unlock the door, and manage their workouts—no front desk, no crowds.
Is the Private Women’s Gym open 24/7?
Yes. Members have 24/7 access through the Eden Fitness Studio app once their membership is active.
Is a membership required to work with a personal trainer?
No. A membership is not required to work with a personal trainer. Engaging one of our trainers grants you access to the personal training studio.
However, a membership is required to access our private gym.
I already have a personal trainer. Can she train me at Eden?

Can I bring a friend?

We love pets! However, only service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are allowed at Eden.
