About Erica

Hello, Eden Family. My name is Erica.

My background in fitness started young—cheer, volleyball, track, and becoming a lifeguard at 15. As an adult, I dove into boxing, long-distance running, and eventually found my rhythm in strength training. CrossFit, powerlifting, Olympic lifts, and barbell work have all shaped how I move and how I coach. I know what it means to push limits and train with purpose.

But in 2021, everything shifted. After developing asthma and dealing with profound fatigue in my late 20s, the intense training I once loved started wearing me down. I felt disconnected from my body and unsure how to move forward.

That’s when I turned inward—and toward yoga. Breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement helped me rebuild my relationship with my body. I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training to heal, but along the way, I rediscovered strength—not just physically, but holistically.

Today, I blend both worlds. As a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I help women move with strength, clarity, and confidence. My approach is grounded in smart, intentional programming—where strength meets breath, and mindset meets muscle.

I’m still on my journey, too. And I believe we’re strongest when we move together.💪🧘‍♀️
