About Erica
Hello Eden Family, 👋 my name is Erica.
In 2021, I faced a series of health challenges—physically, mentally, and emotionally—that completely shifted how I approached fitness. As someone who grew up cheering, running long distances, diving into CrossFit, boxing, and other high-intensity workouts, developing asthma and experiencing intense fatigue in my late 20s felt like hitting a wall. I sank into depression and honestly believed I’d never feel strong again.
When those fast-paced workouts became impossible, I turned to yoga. It helped me reconnect with my body in a gentler, more intentional way—through breathwork, meditation, and movement all in one practice. I eventually completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, initially to help myself. But I quickly realized how much I love guiding others and watching them grow through movement.
As a personal trainer and yoga instructor, I work with women who want to build strength, improve mobility, and move with more confidence. My teaching style is rooted in strong foundations and a whole-body approach, blending mindfulness and movement in a way that feels grounded and empowering.
While I’m still on my own journey, I hope we can support each other. Training alongside strong, driven women inspires me to show up, grow, and deliver the best experience I can.
