About Shruok

Hi, I’m Shruok, an ISSA-certified personal trainer, proud mom of two young daughters, and an Egyptian immigrant who once felt completely out of place in the gym. 

When I first moved to the U.S., gym culture felt intimidating. I worried I’d be judged for being different, so I stayed on the sidelines. 

Step by step, strength training helped me find my confidence and my voice, and now I’m here to help other women do the same.

My coaching style is warm, clear, and judgment-free. We’ll focus on the fundamentals, proper form, functional movement, and sustainable habits, so you can build strength that fits your real life.

I live a fully healthy lifestyle and bring that into every session: purposeful movement, nourishing choices, rest, and stress management.

Whether you’re new to the gym, returning after a break, or navigating motherhood, I’ll meet you where you are and progress at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

I’m especially passionate about supporting women and moms who are ready to put themselves back on their own priority list. Together, we’ll set realistic goals, celebrate small wins, and build the kind of confidence that lasts, so the gym becomes a place you love, not a place you fear.
