About Yulia
I’m Yulia, a NASM-certified personal trainer passionate about helping people build strength, move better, and live healthier lives at every stage of life. Originally from Russia, I moved to the United States 18 years ago to pursue my dreams and build a career that allows me to make a meaningful impact on others.
My fitness journey began through my own experience overcoming scoliosis and chronic back pain. Strength training and corrective exercise transformed how my body felt and moved, and that experience inspired me to help others discover the same benefits.
I specialize in strength training, posture correction, and corrective exercise, helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and build a strong foundation for long-term health. My approach focuses heavily on healthy aging, ensuring that clients develop the strength, stability, and resilience needed to stay active, independent, and confident as they grow older.
As a former group fitness instructor at The Vertical Method studio in San Francisco and a NASM-certified Specialist, I design personalized programs that emphasize proper movement mechanics, functional strength, and sustainable progress. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel confident building strength safely while improving their overall quality of life.
